A local tax of € 3.40 per person per night is charged for all guests aged 14 and above. This tax is not included in the stated price and will be collected on-site.
We will be happy to inform you of the surcharge for using a double room as a single room on request.
For late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows, we’ll charge for the entire booked period.
Service and VAT are included in the price. Not included are any other services possibly used, which are not described as included here or in our reservation confirmation.
Price changes are reserved, except for reservations already confirmed in writing by us.
Our offers, including written ones, are not binding for either the guest or us, meaning rooms offered by us can be offered to multiple parties simultaneously.
Uneaten meals will only be deducted (€ 12.00) if cancelled by 12:00 noon.
